Create a Lasting Legacy of Performing and Visual Arts in the Midlands

Do you want your passion for the arts to endure for generations to come, thereby leaving a legacy for the future? Perpetual support of the Koger Center for the Arts is possible through the establishment of endowed funds, as well as a variety of gift-planning options.

Endowed Funds generate interest on a principal donation, with the investment earnings distributed annually for Koger Center programming and support. Donors who choose to establish endowments can see their philanthropy in action today while knowing the gift will continue to provide support in perpetuity.

Estate gifts, such as those outlined in your will or trust, deepen your connections to the Koger enter while donations through charitable gift annuities or remainder trusts may ensure you have dependable income in your retirement years. Gifts through insurance policies, required minimum distributions from IRAs, or donations of property and real estate can also provide tax benefits for you and your beneficiaries.

For more information about these and other gift planning vehicles, contact Audra Vaz at (803) 777-9732 or audra.vaz@sc.edu, or connect with the University of South Carolina’s Office of Planned Giving by clicking here.

Not only does planned giving represent the opportunity to provide long-term support to an organization, but it also gives donors a chance to establish a legacy that benefits generations.
