However, to elevate these programs and maximize their impact, we need to address a crucial gap in our staffing. The Koger Center currently lacks a dedicated arts educator, a role essential for growing our educational offerings and nurturing the next generation of art patrons. An arts educator would enable us to expand our programs, tailor them to meet community needs, and ensure a lasting appreciation for the arts in the Midlands.

We are currently working towards the following enhancements:
- Black Box Theater: Installing new lighting in the Rehearsal Hall to maximize space flexibility.
- Bathroom Capacity: Increasing bathroom capacity to better accommodate our patrons.
- Outdoor Enhancements: Providing more shade and seating outside the Koger Center for a more comfortable experience.
- Box Office and Concessions: Building a better box office and enhancing the concessions experience.
- Accessibility: Improving accessibility throughout the facility.
- Flexible Space: Creating flexible spaces to support our local performing arts community and provide a wider variety of free and moderately priced performance options for patrons.
