About This Show

Mandala is a Sanskrit word for circle. Drawing from Tibetan and Indian traditions, Darr-Hope has developed a practice using the circle as a container for discovery. Creating a Mindful Mandala is a meditative practice of focus and centering, very much in line with the process of making art. There is great power and insight to be gained by creating within a group setting. Please join Heidi Darr-Hope for this creative adventure.

  • Experience a novel way to appreciate art
  • Delve into the practice of creating a Mindful Mandala
  • Absolutely no experience necessary
  • Please bring a journal/notebook and pen
  • Dress comfortably
