Creating Brave, Mindful Mandalas: Free Community Workshop

November 20, 2026

Afternoon Tea Session

November 20, 2026

4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

About This Show

Mandala is a Sanskrit word for circle. Drawing from Tibetan and Indian traditions, Darr-Hope has developed a practice using the circle as a container for discovery. Creating a Mindful Mandala is a meditative practice of focus and centering, very much in line with the process of making art. There is great power and insight to be gained by creating within a group setting. Please join Heidi Darr-Hope for this creative adventure.

  • Experience a novel way to appreciate art
  • Delve into the practice of creating a Mindful Mandala
  • Absolutely no experience necessary
  • Please bring a journal/notebook and pen
  • Dress comfortably

Afternoon tea session: 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Light snacks and tea will be available on site.

The workshop is free and open to the public, but requires registration. You can register for the evening workshop via Google Form here.
