PURCHASING TICKETS:
In Person: Tickets may be purchased at the box office during normal box office hours or in the Koger lobby on the night of the event starting one hour prior to curtain time.

Ticket Buying Disclaimer:
KogerCenterForTheArts.com is the only official website licensed to sell tickets for events at the Koger Center for the Arts. To ensure the validity of your tickets, only purchase tickets from our website through Choice Ticketing. No other site has been authorized to sell or re-sell tickets for events at the Koger Center for the Arts.
Refunds/Exchanges:
In order to service all patrons equally and fairly the Koger Center does not offer Refunds or Exchanges. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered regardless of purchasing method (internet, phone or in person) unless the performance is cancelled.
Box Office Window:
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office with Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. Checks are not accepted.
Box Office Parking:
For the convenience of patrons purchasing tickets, there are free, ten-minute parking spots available for use at the corner of Park Street and Greene Street.
Phone & Internet:
Tickets may be purchased by Phone and Internet with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. These sales are subject to additional fees that vary per event/ticket price.
Will Call:
You can choose for a fee to have your phone and internet ticket purchases mailed up to one week prior to events. Tickets purchased less than a week before the show date can choose for a fee to pick up tickets beginning one hour before the show begins at the Will Call table in the lobby of the Koger Center. Digital downloads of tickets are free.
Children's Tickets:
The seating policy for the Koger Center for the Arts requires that ALL persons have a ticket to attend an event, including babies and children of all ages. Strollers, car seats and baby baskets are not allowed inside the auditorium, however, you may check them in our coat check area. We do provide booster seats on a first come, first served basis. Ask a staff member if you are in need of a booster seat.
Lost or Never Received Tickets:
If your physical tickets have been lost, the Box Office will only have a record of your seats if you purchased a season ticket, ordered online, or purchased by phone. Therefore, all physical tickets purchased in person and/or with cash are unfortunately untraceable and will not be issued a replacement voucher under any circumstances. For replacement tickets purchased through a season, ordered online or purchased by phone you may call the Box Office at 803-777-5112 to request a lost ticket pass. A pass will be issued for your same seats. You will need to bring a picture ID to pick up your lost ticket pass the night of the performance. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser with a valid ID. No name changes are allowed, and no re-prints will be mailed.
In all instances, tickets should be treated like cash. There is no guarantee of replacing tickets if you lose them.
Stolen Tickets:
A police report will be required by Koger Center for the Arts management. Stolen ticket passes/replacements will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass/replacement will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it and all police reports must be received by three (3) hours prior to the start of the show.
Reading Your Tickets:
When standing facing the large red wall in the Koger Center, the left entrances will be to your left and the right entrances will be to your right. There are two sets of stairs in the Koger Center, as well as elevators near the Coat Room to get to the Grand Tier and Balcony levels.
Orch is the Orchestra level (ground floor). Single letter rows (A, B, etc.) are located in the Orchestra.
GT is the Grand Tier, which is the second floor. Double letter rows (AA, BB, etc.) are located in the Grand Tier.
Balc is the Balcony level (third floor). Triple letter rows (AAA, BBB, etc.) are located in the Balcony, which is the third floor.
