All tickets will be mailed up to one week prior to events. Tickets purchased less than a week before the show date may be picked up one hour before the show begins at the Will Call table in the lobby of the Koger Center.

In order to service all patrons equally and fairly the Koger Center does not offer Refunds or Exchanges. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered regardless of purchasing method (internet, phone or in person) unless the performance is cancelled.

Lost or Never Received Tickets:
If your tickets have been lost the Box Office will only have a record of your seats if you purchased a season ticket, ordered on line, or purchase by phone. Therefore, all tickets purchased in person and or with cash are unfortunately untraceable and there are no instances when a replacement voucher will be issued if a patron has lost their tickets purchased this way.
For replacement tickets purchased through a season, ordered online or purchased by phone you may call the Box Office @ 803-777-5112 to request a lost ticket pass. A pass will be issued for your same seats. You will need to bring a picture ID to pick up your lost ticket pass the night of the performance. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser with a valid ID. No name changes are allowed and no re-prints will be mailed. Reprint fees may apply.

In all instances, tickets should be treated like cash. There is no guarantee on replacing tickets if you lose them.

Stolen Tickets
A police report will be required by Koger Center for the Arts Management. Stolen ticket passes/replacements will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass/replacement will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it and all police reports must be received by three (3) hours prior to the start of the show.

Children's Tickets:
The seating policy for the Koger Center for the Arts requires that ALL persons have a ticket to attend an event, including babies and children of all ages. Strollers, car seats and baby baskets are not allowed inside the auditorium, however, you may check them in our coat check area. We do provide booster seats on a first come, first served basis.
